Payment

We highlight the cost of your treatment on your treatment plan. After each appointment you will need to pay for the treatment you have just had. You will also need to pay a deposit towards future treatment and hygienists appointments. Exceptions are power whitening treatments, implants, crowns and bridgework. These need to be paid in full at the time of booking, and your dentist will discuss this with you when formulating your treatment plan.

You can pay by credit or debit card, cash or cheque. We do not charge extra for credit cards, with the exception of Americal Express which will cost you 3.05% more.

0% Patient Financing

To help you budget for your dental treatment, consider our 0% financing. You can use this to pay for your in practice routine dental treatments, as well as specialist or cosmetic treatments including implants, whitening and orthodontic work.

Cancellation policy

If you do need to change an appointment time, please tell us at least 2 full working days before it. This will allow us to use your appointment time for another patient.

If in the unlikely event you change your appointment time within 2 full working days, a charge will be made calculated at £60 an hour e.g 30 minute appointment = £30.
