Finally finished my 5-year+ dental journey. Previously, I had a very complicated and uneven bite. I was referred to Dr Ahmed(a magician of dentistry), who devised a plan to straighten my teeth. Initially the timescale was 18 months but due to decades of my teeth being rooted in this position, it required a more in-depth plan, braces, screws, elastic bands to overcome my complex bite. After 3 1/2 years, the braces were finally removed, Dr Ahmed attending to me every month on a Saturday, so it would not impact my work time, which was very much appreciated. I was then in the very capable hands of Victoria Lawrence, fitting bridges, root canals, filling, shaping and whitening. Daniel Ghent, in control of designing and fitting my dental implants x 4, is another brilliant technician. Silwie was with me from day one, always with a smile, seeing my transformation. Everyone at WH Associates has been great, especially the individuals mentioned above. I would thoroughly recommend this practice for a first-class experience.

I am a new customer at this practice and am very impressed with the care and expertise I have experienced. I got a last minute appointment with Rory after a tooth broke. He did thorough checks on all my teeth using state of the art technology and expert knowledge. The treatment for the broken tooth turned out to be a bit more complicated than expected, but Rory took time to explain in detail the pros and cons of all the options, which helped me make a decision that led to the best outcome. Rory even rang me a couple of weeks later to see how things were. All the staff I met on my visits for treatment were smiley and kind. I will definitely be back!

Dr Sneh was fantastic! I had masseter Botox and no longer experience the discomfort and headaches from clenching and grinding. I also had a lip flip, and now my lips look fuller and more defined. She made me feel so comfortable and confident. Everything was explained clearly and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was quick and painless. I'm thrilled with the results! I've been a patient of H Williams and Associates for many years now, and the service I've received here has always been outstanding, but recently, I had to undergo a long, difficult procedure as one of my teeth got fractured. The whole process involved the planning of the best solution and the extraction of the fractured tooth, the care of the area and modelling and placement of the implant. In the meantime, I decided to update an old and ugly crown and bridge that sat next to the fractured tooth, so the whole thing was quite the journey. Today, I had the implant, bridge and crown placed and I cannot be happier with the outcome! The service I received from the whole team, including Amy, Dan, Sylvia and Becka was of the highest standards and utmost quality. They were patient, understanding, kind, made me laugh too, and provided me with the best advice to renew and recover my smile. Of course the procedure is not the cheapest, but I was able to split the payments during this whole period and upon looking at the results, I am more than satisfied with the price paid for such a high quality job. Thank you all again for a fantastic job and for giving me my smile back. I left the practice today feeling happy, satisfied and can't stop smiling!
