Is there a joining fee?
Yes. There is a one time £8.00 administration fee collected with your first payment.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Membership is paid monthly by Direct Debit and you can cancel at any time.
What does my membership cover?
Your membership covers routine preventive care. This includes your dental examinations, hygiene appointments, necessary X-rays and Global Dental A&E emergency support. Your membership does not cover treatments such as fillings, crowns, root canals or cosmetic procedures. You pay for these separately but receive discounted member rates.
How much do I save on treatments as a member?
Members receive discounted rates on treatments. The exact discount varies by treatment type. Ask our reception team for our member fee schedule or request a personalised treatment plan with member pricing.
What if I need treatment outside my plan?
If you need treatment such as fillings, crowns, Invisalign or dental implants, you pay for these separately. However, as a member you receive discounted rates which are lower than our standard private fees.
Can my whole family join?
Absolutely. We offer both adult and children's memberships. Many Petts Wood families have been with us for generations.
What is the Global Dental A&E Scheme?

We are located at 183 Petts Wood Road, Petts Wood, Orpington, Greater London, BR5 1JZ. There is plenty of parking nearby and we are a few minutes walk from Petts Wood station.
