Paying a Deposit

One of my responsibilities as a Practice Manager is to address the amount of work hours lost through patients that cancel or fail to attend on the day. 

As a small family business, we have to look at ways to minimise such financial loss to help ensure that we are able to continue to provide the high standard of care which we are committed. 

I apologise profusely if you find this unsettling, however, the policy is currently our preferred option to help resolve this issue.
