Dentistry done differently

Everything mentioned in the survey was great, but I felt weirded out afterwards about signing forms consenting to have my pictures used on social media. It happened so fast that I neglected to ask what happens if I don't consent, and I neglected to get printed copies of the documents I signed. I don't object to my pictures being used for clinical or research purposes but I don't want them on social media. If I could revoke my consent I would.

Rory clearly explained everything to me and did his best to make the treatment as comfortable as possible.

I have been attending this practice for several years, and it would not occur to me to go anywhere else. This is an excellent practice, and long may it continue.

I always book my hygienist appointments with Mr Hammond. He’s professional, punctual, reliable, polite, methodical, thorough and informative.

Excellent hygeinist Jessica put me at ease spent time discussing my mouth hygeine and ways I could improve it, gentle and kind.

I thought the dentist was really lovely and friendly. He was kind to my son and myself and very aware of the needs to communicate and explain. His attitude was exemplary and so was the nurse. I was very satisfied with the treatment my son received and felt he was properly looked after and cared for.

All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient at their jobs. I trust the dental staff completely, they listen and take time to explain treatments, put me at ease and the dentists and nurses work well as teams. Reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. It is an excellent dental practice in my opinion, ive been a patient for over 50 years.

The staff are very professional yet friendly and approachable. The treatment is explained every step of the way which makes you, as the patient, feel in complete control.

Dentists and hygienist appear very capable and interact well with patients and other staff.

I’ve been with the practise since they first opened and I travel 45 miles just to see them BECAUSE they are totally brilliant, kind, thoughtful and friendly!! I’d never change to a surgery nearer to my home!! ❤️

Dentists who treat their patients with courtesy and respect, politeness and don't have an agenda to push treatments.Treatment needs are carefully explained together with their respective urgency and a plan agreed even ofi that plan is do nothing for the next 6 months.

I have been with this practice for many years, and have always received superb care. There have obvs been personnel changes over time, but the kindness, courtesy and level of care has never dropped - oustanding!
