Welcoming New Patients today

Read More Next

We believe in transparency and value. Our new patient appointments are designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of your oral health, with no pressure, and plenty of time to ask questions. Our adult new patient exam is only £74.

Your first appointment includes:

  • Screening radiographs: This allow us to reveal any hidden dental problems, review past dental work and forms a foundation for your treatment plan.
  • OPG radiograph (if clinically required): This gives us a panoramic view, and offers more diagnostic value for problem areas.
  • Itero digital scan: A non-invasive, radiation-free way to capture a highly detailed 3D image of your teeth, gums, and bite. We use this as part of a comprehensive initial assessment, especially when planning cosmetic, restorative, or orthodontic treatments.
  • Oral cancer screening: This is a non-invasive, quick, and painless process, typically taking just a few minutes.
  • Periodontal health screening: Assesses the health of the gums and supporting structures of the teeth.

“The team here are incredibly helpful and kind. From the receptionist who always greets you with a smile and a chat to the dentists. I always feel cared for” (August 2025)

Composite veneers versus traditional veneers

Composite veneers and traditional porcelain veneers both offer solutions for enhancing the appearance of teeth, but they have some differences in terms of benefits.

Here are some advantages of composite veneers over traditional veneers:

Cost-effectiveness: Composite veneers are generally more affordable than porcelain veneers, making them a more budget-friendly option for those looking to improve their smile without breaking the bank

Less tooth alteration: Composite veneers require minimal or no alteration to the natural tooth structure compared to porcelain veneers. This means that less enamel needs to be removed, preserving more of the natural tooth

Same-day treatment: Composite veneers can often be applied in a single visit to the dentist, as they are crafted directly onto the teeth. This means you can leave the dental office with a transformed smile in just one appointment, whereas porcelain veneers typically require two or more visits and laboratory work

Repairability: While both composite and porcelain veneers are durable, composite veneers are easier to repair if they get damaged or chipped. They can often be fixed in a single visit to the dentist, whereas repairing porcelain veneers may require more time and expertise

Customisation: Composite veneers offer a high level of customisation in terms of shape, size, and colour. Your dentist can directly sculpt and shape the composite material to achieve the desired aesthetic results, providing a personalised smile makeover

Reversibility: Since composite veneers require minimal alteration to the natural teeth, they are generally considered reversible. If desired, they can be removed with limited damage to the underlying teeth, allowing patients to revert close to their original smile if necessary

Versatility: Composite veneers can address a wide range of cosmetic concerns, including discolouration, chipped or broken teeth, gaps between teeth, and minor misalignments. They offer a versatile solution for enhancing the appearance of your smile.
