These terms apply to every offer on this website unless the offer itself says otherwise. Each offer states what is included, who it is for, its price and, where it has one, its end date. Appointments are subject to diary availability and must be booked in advance. Offers cannot be combined with each other or with any other discount. Where anything is described as free, there is no obligation to go ahead with any further treatment. All treatment is subject to assessment by a registered clinician, is not suitable for everyone, and your dentist may change or decline treatment for safety reasons. If your assessment identifies further treatment, we will explain it and give you a written price before anything goes ahead. No offer replaces your consultation: your clinician will explain your options, risks and costs, and nothing goes ahead until you have agreed to it. Please give 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel, to avoid a cancellation fee. We may change or end an offer, but any appointment already booked will be honoured on the terms in place when you booked. Results vary between patients.
