Microneedling
Dermapen™ microneedling uses very fine needles to create tiny channels in the skin, which prompts the skin's own collagen production. It is used to improve the look of fine lines, uneven texture, enlarged pores, pigmentation and the appearance of scarring. Results vary from person to person, and a course of treatments is usually recommended. At your consultation, Dr Sneh will explain what you can realistically expect and whether it is right for you.

Consultation fees
- Consultations are £50, and this fee is deducted from the cost of your treatment if you choose to go ahead.
- Consultations are free for all our H Williams & Associates Dental Care private and Denplan patients.

What is Microneedling?
Microneedling creates tiny channels in the top layer of the skin. This prompts the skin to produce new collagen, which can improve how the skin looks over time.
Results
Some clients see an improvement after one treatment, but a course of three to four treatments is usually recommended. Results vary from person to person.

Treatment is carried out by a trained clinician using sterile, single-use needle cartridges. As with any treatment, there can be side effects such as redness, which your clinician will explain at your consultation.
What’s the downtime?
Localised erythema may last up to 2 days post-procedure. Dp Dermaceuticals™ COVER RECOVER™ may be used immediately following a procedure to reduce any visible redness. Most patients can resume normal activities immediately after a clinical procedure.
