Polynucleotides Skin Booster Treatment
Polynucleotides are an injectable skin booster made from purified DNA fragments. They are designed to improve skin hydration, texture and firmness without adding volume, and are often used for thin or crepey skin, including under the eyes. Results vary from person to person. At your consultation, Dr Sneh will explain what you can realistically expect and whether it is right for you.

Consultation fees
- Consultations are £50, and this fee is deducted from the cost of your treatment if you choose to go ahead.

What Are Polynucleotides HPT?
Polynucleotides (PN) are purified DNA fragments, injected into the skin to support its natural collagen and elastin production. We use PN HPT™ (Highly Purified Technology), which is processed to remove proteins that could cause a reaction.
What to expect
Many clients notice better hydration and a smoother, firmer look to their skin, with fine lines and crepiness looking softer. Results build over several weeks and vary from person to person.
Treatment Details
A typical course includes:
3 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart (depending on area and product protocol)
Each session takes around 20–30 minutes
Minimal downtime (mild redness or bumps that settle within hours)

How long until I see results?
You may notice better hydration early on, with firmness and texture improving over four to eight weeks. Results vary from person to person.
Do Polynucleotide treatments hurt?
Most clients feel only mild discomfort. The injections use fine needles or cannulas; any stinging is brief.
Are Polynucleotides HPT safe?
PN HPT is highly purified to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. As with any injectable treatment, there can be side effects such as redness or swelling, which your clinician will explain at your consultation.
What is the downtime?
Downtime is minimal. Expect small bumps, redness, or slight swelling that settles in a few hours. Some areas may take up to 24 hours.
